1. Terms of purchase

Each time you place an order, VSKD Artstore recommend that you read through our terms of purchase to see if the terms have been updated or changed since your last purchase. Any changes will be noted and dated on the header (top) of the given page. By clicking the “Confirm order” button during the checkout procedure, you accept our terms and conditions of sale.

2. Service

VSKD Artstore will always provide safe, quick and proper service.

3. VSKD Artstore can guarantee secure transactions
-We are open 24 hours.
-There’s always a 14 day return and full goods exchange policy.
-Quick delivery, 1-5 days on stock items.
-You are always welcome to contact us with any questions or concerns.

4. In general
-All items remain the property of VSKD Artstore until full payment is received.
-All attempts of fraud will be handled by the proper authorities. VSKD Artstore reserves the right to cancel any order if attempted fraud is suspected.
-Our minimum order is 100kr including tax.
-Advance payments are accepted, see below for further information. We don’t accept cash payments via postal services.

5. VAT etc. -VSKD Art Store cannot claim responsibility for any typing errors or discrepancies that may occur on this website. -We cannot guaranty that all product images are true to life.

-Orders within the EU will include Swedish tax (25% or 6% depending on given item)
-EU Business with VAT registration will not be charged tax IF they contact VSKD Artstore before they place an order.
-All orders shipped outside the EU are not subject to Swedish tax or VAT and therefore will be shipped tax free.

-If you are under 18 years of age, parental permission is required.

6. Payment VSKD Artstore accepts payments via Paypal, advance payments, and (in Sweden only) postförskott. We even have the option to order online and pick-up and make a cash payment at our store location.

Postförskott
You pay cash on delivery at you local post office, you pay a fee for the service as well as the shipping cost .

7. Delivery -All our packages are send via Posten (the Swedish postal service). You will be notified either by mail or via SMS to your cellphone when the package has arrived to the post office. On the dispatch note there will be information telling you at which post office your package is avalible for pick-up. Normal time for delivery is 1-15 days. -Eventual faults or deviations in the order are notified via e-mail for confirmation prior to delivery. Please check your e-mail the following days after the order was placed for eventual requests from VSKD Artstore.

Non picked-up packages If the package has not been picked up a fee will be charged.

Damaged goods In case the package is damaged at pick-up, report immediatly on site. Reports concerning damaged goods are always to be reported to the postal office (where the package was picked up) as soon as possible and within 24 hours after pick-up. If there is damage to the product not caused by the shipping, immediatly report to VSKD Artstore and return the product.

8. Returns and goods exchange policy -You have the full right to return or exchange the product within 14 days from pick-up, presuming the wrapping and product is intact and in the same condition as when delivered. -When returning or exchanging a product you will pay for the shipping. In case of compensation due to a damaged product or if the wrong product has been delivered, the shipping cost will be refunded along with of the total order. -Non picked-up packages are not refundable.

In case of compensation due to a damaged or defect product If the product is damaged or if anything is missing from the order at the point of delivery or if the wrong product has been delivered, you must first contact VSKD artstore, before you return the package. In case of compensation, consumer rights are applied. For further information about this, please visit www.konsumentverket.se

1. E-mail ”Customer service” at kustomdeluxe@vonsven.com as soon as a problem has been discovered.

2. When contact with customer service is established, Return the defect product to VSKD Artstore.

3. As soon as the package is returned and the return is approved, a full refund will be given. Be sure to have your bank account number written on the return form, the money will be transferred within weeks.

-When exchanging or returning a product, VSKD Artstore cannot take responsibility for the shipping. -If the package is still in a good condition you may use it for returning the package. If you choose another package for returning the product, make sure it is properly sealed and well protected prior to shipping

9. Personal information -According to the law VSKD Artstore is bound to ask you for agreement reguarding your private information. All personal information given to us or collected by us when visiting the website will be processed by VSKD Artstore as personal information. -The information will be used for the purpose of us fulfilling our undertakings towards you at the point of a purchase, notifying you about offers within your range of interest and for further marketing purposes. VSKD Artstore will never let a third party use your personal information i purpose of marketing unless you approve to doing so. -You have the right to, upon request, take part of the personal information registered about you. In case the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrellevant you have the right to request for the information to be corrected or deleted.

10. Force majeure VSKD Artstore is liberated from any consequences of neglecting to carry out certain obligations according to this agreement, if the neglection is based upon liberating circumstances such as mentioned below and the circumstance prevent, complicate or delay the completion of the matter. To be considered as liberating circumstances are for example, authorized measures or obligations, newly or changed legal provisions, labour market conflicts, blockade, fire, inundation, sabotage or accidents to greater extent. Included in force majeure are authorities decisions which have a negative affect on the market and the products, for example restrictions agains indication, warningtexts, sales prohibition etc. and abnormal declines in the market.
